... I swam over the biggest, ugliest thing ever. Definitely not a ray as we'd seen those in the Maldives. Went back for a better look, then drew it when I got out the water. Identified as an Angel Shark at least 4.6 metres long, the width of the back of the boat!! Yuk. We also saw a turtle and a ray from the boat too. Loving it:) ...

Costa Antigua the local town is still very much in its infancy and there are not many restaurants that appeal to us so, after considerable searching, we return to the hotel, pick up the car, and end up in Calleta de Fuste at a very pleasant restaurant. ... the sunshine. David goes off for an exploratory walk whilst Marjory enjoys her half hour swim. We go for a wander around the resort and find quite a few good looking restaurants to choose from for dinner.

The tank valve tow is above water , when you pull a person by the tank valve , if the person is unconscious .
Neutral buoyancy is inflating your bcd until -when you are breathing -when you breathe in you go up and when you breathe out you go down again.
And the ceaser is when your buddy is to far away to see you running out of air so you go up ...
