Steve the man who was playing was really good and played lots of old classics man rock songs so Ian liked it and I enjoyed it to. We then stagered back to our room around midnight a little drunk again. Looks like we are fitting right in with this holiday.

... the ferry over to Algeciras it only took an hour and half and then we where in spain, I felt a huge weight lift as now we can relax a little. In morroco you are always on edge always watching and not trusting people that it makes you a little crazy. Today we had an excursion to the Caves of Nerja about an hour away on the bus. The little town on the water was cute and reminded me so much of Dubrovnik. We have free time to visit the little church and have an ice cream. Then we were off to the nearby caves which were fascinating but didn't learn much because the guide was doing double time with the tour speaking both French and English and he spoke mostly French even when he was speaking English it seemed.

We were so enjoying our time in Costa del Sol, nothing but beaches, pool time, and british families. Costa del Sol is pretty much the Florida of Europe, only the water´s not as warm. And the definition of a 4 star resort is a bit different in Spain than in the US... When we first arrived, they tried to put us in an apartment with 2 twin beds! Finally playing the ¨honeymoon¨ card played off, and we ended up with a spectacular room (see pics for the view). But after 4 days of lying ...

Sylvie repart pour la suisse... heureusement, je ne suis pas seule à l'auberge et passe une bonne soirée avec d'autres voyageurs!! On boit un peu, beaucoup, trop de sangria... et je décide à 6h du matin de repousser mon départ de Malage au lundi... j'ai trouvé un prof d'espagnol que je prendrais bien avec moi pour un petit bout de chemin ,-)<br>

Ambiance de ville-plage mais la vieille ville de Malaga convivial avec ses petites ruelles étroites et ses terrasses... je trouve un livre de Philippe Sauve "Siberia" que j'emprunte à l'auberge en leur promettant de le ramener lorsque je viendrai chercher mon vélo!<br>

After breakfast and nice stroll on the beach, we head out to see the next city in the list which was Malaga. As we left the harbour we saw that low cloud hung on the mountains right down to the sea. This could have been Loch Fyne (except that it was February and the temperature was in double figures).
