      San Vito Lo Capo, lovely town although tastefully touristic with fab beaches all around.. Had a lovely walk into the town centre followed by a tasty ice cream, lots here and quite tasteful for a tourist destination but lucky for us it's out of season but still busy enough for a nice atmosphere... We never did find the two fresh fish ...

      ... car' and we took the kids to the beach voted 'Best Beach in Italy', San Vito Lo Capo. It's a white sand beach with a big mountain behind it, looking a lot like a small version of Ipanema beach in Rio. The kids revelled in the sandy conditions and the water was amazing. The kids are getting brown as buttons except for their chests... they're the only kids with rashies/swim shirts on that we've seen. Italian children seem a little too brown.       ... kafle uliczkami. Z ciekawych budowli widzieliśmy ruiny kościoła (bez dachu) na planie koła (rzadkość) oraz niewielki ale urokliwy teatr Garibaldi. Miasteczko charakteryzuje się tez ciekawymi malunkami na ceramice.

      Około 9.30 wyjechaliśmy z Gdańska w kierunku lotniska w Modlinie. Wybraliśmy dojazd drogą S7 na Warszawę, zamiast autostrady, bo Modlin jest jeszcze przed Warszawą, jadąc z północnej strony. Poza tym jest sporo odcinków dwupasmowych. Droga do Modlina zajęła nam około 5 godzin, z małą przerwą na jedzonko w MacDonaldzie.
