... onto mad italian drivers in all types of transport. The boy found it tricky to find our accommodation, Ravello is generally located high up in the hills on the Amalfi Coast but our location was right down waterside. The boy after going round and round told us that he was lost. We nutted it out with him and after getting stuck between concrete walls and buses made it more by good luck than good fortune in 90 minutes. This my friends was some of the best 70 euros ...

... Roberts' movie Eat, Pray, Love. We arrived at lunchtime thinking it would be less busy but we were very wrong. We waited an hour for our ticket number to be called but luckily there wasn't a long wait for food due to the simplicity of the menu (margherita or marinara). If you ever visit Naples this place is a must-do - it doesn't look like much from the outside but the pizza is definitely the best I've ever had! We also sampled (supposedly) ...

Castel del'Ovo was the final stop for the day was we walked along the waterfront. It is situated right in the bay and offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and the city itself. It was quite a hike though and both of us felt it would be good to head back the train station and Rome.

Naples was truly crazy to visit. I don't plan to visit again for a while, but it does warrant a trip. It was good to see this different side of Italy. Just be prepared.
