      ... surprising family this past week. We really wanted to keep it a surprise for everyone so we apologize to anyone weve had to hide it from. During this past week Kaya and Nia have been battling a cold and fever. Were slowly getting settled in and getting all the little things back in order. Glad to be back and hope to see everyone soon.       I shudder now as I think of that day now, five days later... Yea OK I have been keeping you all waiting.... Gimme a break, we are on holidays.....

      Day started well.. Up on time all ready to go. simple check out. driver and car waiting to take us to coach depot to catch the Logan express ( Logan international airport )
      We sit in our plush leather seats as we are driven away from Schloss Marriott..
      No problems, coach is ready ...

      Attending the Remembrance Day ceremony in Ottawa was a very moving experience; Gav remarked that it was the quietest crowd he had ever been a part of. Although we had inadvertently positioned ourselves at the back of the monument, we were able to watch the whole ceremony on the nearby jumbotron. More importantly, we were just feet from where the guns were firing for the 21 gun salute and you could feel the ground shake with each blast, a reminder of the cost of war and the blessing ...
