... the amazing buildings from the Renaissance which is breath taking, I went late in the afternoon which I caught the sun-set which was beautiful the whole time. After my trip I decided to was time to head home but I stopped in the get dinner at the small Italian restaurant below my hotel I have a beautiful carbonara for $14.I would recommend this to all groups to take, this is a good chance to learn and see all about the history of Venice, the sailors are very open to questions being asked. ...

... bit and start packing our suitcases as they need to be outside our room by 11 pm tonight. Off we went winding our way back through the twisty turvey streets and finally made our to a little gelato shop and it was back to the ships shuttle dock for a ride back to to our floating hotel. Upon returning to the ship we took a few minutes to put our feet up and have a snack. Arnel had left us some scone with whip cream and strawberry jam again. ... stopped a few times during the night, on one occasion for more than half an hour, just out of Paris, but not at a station. There was a problem with the air conditioning and we noticed after a while that it had been turned off. We were told that a man in another compartment felt it was too cold so they switched it off . ... the house! Then they went to check on their daughter who was about to asphyxiate herself in her crib, had they not arrived in the nick of time. The couple spent many months researching previous inhabitants of their house & they finally found out about a woman who died of grief after her newborn daughter died.
