Alvor was a treat. Arriving at about lunchtime we went to look at the Aire which was huge open and pretty full. Parked up by the beach instead and had Lunch and LUDO had a run before deciding to go to a site. We stayed for two nights in the 'tranquil' part of the camp. ... and neighbours who followed them from home in the UK and parked next to them here in Silves. So the four of us went to Monchique with a taxi and walked back 28 km. Only when I saw how far 28 km 's is I decided to come back with the taxi. Then two days later we went for a "stroll" which turned out to be 24 km.
