      ... bad. I am REALLY stiff from all that sitting though, and sitting seems to be the plan from now until we arrive in Lyon.       I'm back in Frankfurt after a four-day detour home for my grandfather's funeral and first few days of shiva. I flew back out last night on the same flight I took last week, same plane, same meal, same movies, heck, I even sat in the same seat.
