Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze. We are in Louise Penny land. In fact, we have driven all over Louise Penny land. After checking out of our Montreal hotel we walked to the Musee des Beaux Arts and saw a Faberge exhibit featuring jewelry and the beautiful eggs he made for the Romanov family. We stopped for lunch at St Ferdinand on Lac William and overlooked the lake. The picnic area appeared to be quite new and was well maintained. It was quite warm sitting in the sun. Even managed to change some small coins for a $1 coin for Wes to buy a coffee. What would I do if I did not have hands - I would not be able to speak French !.
