Dresden Frauenkirche

The signature landmark of Dresden is the Frauenkirche, the Church of Our Lady. It is one of the most talked about German buildings in the recent past.

Dresden was on our way to Prague so we thought we would look at the old city, and the church they had to rebuild after the serious bombing during the war. We thought about camping but wanted easy down time.

... ve been to this city before, I thought it would be a good idea to see a different side of Prague and learn a little bit about the history of the city. I’m really glad I did.

I stayed with the group through lunch, where I had a traditional goulash and dumplings with a beer. I then had to leave the group early and head back to my hostel to get my backpack. I went down to the bus station and found my next bus to Dresden. ...

... Vielen lieben Dank an Tara und Rupert!

Today Tara hosted a wonderful Australia Party! We had some australian food, such as chicken pie and an awesome Pav!! But the best part was a self-made Australia game to get to know this amazing country and of course the slang :) Thank you Tara for this great idea and also Rupi for the creativity to design the owl cup ;)
