... Old crumbling French colonial buildings, cool cafés and another very relaxed quiet atmosphere had us kicking back, winding down and soaking up the atmosphere. After a non de script brief stop in a the big tacky resort town of Sihanoukville, we got a boat out to Koh Rong Sanloem island. ... were being almighty loud, shouting on phones and continually practising emergency stops. Thank God I fell asleep but It wasn't long before I heard a familiar voice hurtling towards the front of the bus ranting about being sat in the luggage hold. It was the angry man from earlier. At first it was comical. But as the shouting between both parties got more intense combined with the driver pretending to call his boss and speeding ...

The ocean is really rough today so it will be an interesting boat ride. During breakfast we watched the crew try and get our but ready in the swells. The rudder broke off and it took a them a while to get it back on. We were supposed to leave at 9:00 but didn't get going until 11:00. To get in the boat we had to walk out in the ocean thru waves over my head and try and keep our gear from getting ...
