... time spent trying to work out people's gender once again inspired us to get out and go for a walk. We walked to a local temple called Wat Boss and moseyed down to the lake, absorbing the silence and varieties of colour in the scenery. ... butterflies and birds feast on the many fruit trees. Monkeys roam wild and throw nuts at you if you get to close to their tree or baby. It is such a treat to be here. The people are amazingly nice and the food is even better. The atmosphere is laid back and chill. Just what the doctor ordered after the trip from Sukhothai (about 12 hours - 2 buses and a ferry).
