One of my roommates from Minnesota, Lindsey, visited me from London! I met her at the train station in the morning and smuggled her into my apartment (we aren't allowed to have overnight guests). We went to a bagel shop with my roommates so she could have a sandwich, one of the Danes favorite foods. Then she and I went to explore the city! Our hotel is centrally located so it wasn’t far to walk to the Str°get, the oldest and longest pedestrian street system in the world. Tom was delighted to be able to look at more Lego stores. The restaurant was not quite open, but he invited us inside to show us a picture on the wall. In broken English, he said, "My father," as he pointed to an old photograph of men walking with President Truman. He was very proud, and we were very impressed.
