Noticeable to non-Danes (and non-Swedes) is that men are just as likely to be seen walking baby carriages, minding day care centres and being at-home parents as women are. There are generous parental leaves from work here, and I bet the equally shared parenting duties produce well-adjusted children.

Back to the Zoological Museum though. Housed on the University Campus this is a good 40-45 minute wander from the town centre. You can obviously get public transport but it was a pleasant day and walking above ground is often a great way to see more of a city than by using the underground transport links.
