... very basic concrete house had the most spectacular views in all of Scopello. The first section, Catania to Messina, went by quickly and soon we found ourselves eating sandwiches and waiting for the next train to arrive. This is where things turned sour.We sat in the shorter end of a train car, one that contained only 6 sets of seats(a seat being 4 chairs). As we settled into our seats, a family of gypsies crowded in and took up 4 of the remaining sets ...

First of course the duomo, then lunch under the grape vine, then the castillo.
Then hit the waves, what a fabulous day.
After returning to Palermo drinks at the first bar,
A large beer and what seemed like a pint of gin n a dash of tonic 4 jen n I.
Ended day with a lovely meal n a gelato n Canelo at our local gelataria.
Its tough but we r hanging in there.

... 60 euro oraz szybkiej i sprawnej pomocy Beaty z Polski wyjechaliśmy kolo 10.30 z wypożyczalni, po ciemku, z dzielną Marylką za kierownicą wielkiego auta i 60km do celu. Dojechaliśmy szybko i sprawnie na miejsce, wyobrażając sobie po drodze, co nas otacza. Już mocno zmęczeni jakoś się zorganizowaliśmy i o drugiej poszliśmy spać. Jutro zobaczymy, gdzie jesteśmy. :)
