      ... other men who stood on the lower step the whole time! the Thai people are so generous we were both offered food and assistance etc by our travel companions, and survive despite the language barrier. Arrived in the evening at Hua Hin and got to our hotel at 6ish, ventured out and once again we where faced with the Thai bars with more women then men in and many Farangs ...

      ... apparently a delicacy over here and they love it.. We still don't know that it was rat but I'm trying to block the thought from my mind! Ian is still struggling with the concept!.. He is alive today so all seems fine anyway! That said.. What we did buy to eat there after getting over the rat on a stick incident was lovely, we had thai fishcakes and rice, some hand made sushi and fresh pineapple and some Chang beer.. I cannot believe the total bill was only 2 ...

      On Saturday, September 11, we went to Elephant Village to go riding through the jungle! My day began waking up just as the van was about to leave; I had just enough time to brush my teeth and grab something to throw on.       ... sitting so spent the day enquiring
      about the buses, after many an hour trying to find it we managed to book it. Unfortunately
      the reason people don't like getting the bus is because this is the route that you get
