      ... were led to our room across the road - looked like another house converted into rooms - the room a family room was lovely and warm and were yet to feel the benefit of our snow boots and layers of clothing and all we kept feeling was hot! We watched TV and played Candy Crush for a while before going back across the road to the hotel for our evening meal.       ... and 20 minutes queuing is a nightmare on one of the busiest days in the British travellers calendar. Eventually we head back via a reasonable change at Reading and we get to Newton Abbott station and a quick cab ride home.

      I'd pre warned our neighbours who had been fantastic at filling our empty fridge and freezer with staples to get us through our first night back. There was a welcome party ready with keys, help ...

      ... garage. I am now using the kitchen sink for all washing and teeth cleaning which is no great problem but I need to get someone to fix the leak (I tried to do it myself but with no luck). Sadly the motorhome dealer is on holiday until the new year so it will be awhile before I can book the van in to be sorted. This means I can't do anything about booking to go to Spain because I don't know when the van will be fixed and so I am in limbo.
