The alarm first rang at 4:00 am and contrary to my typical
work mornings, I only hit snooze three times before my feet finally hit the

Big breakfast at 7:15 this morning - pretty typical Chinese breakfast of shredded seaweed and carrots, some unidentifiable preserved veggies, boiled eggs, warm soy milk. They also served a local specialty of sour yogurt in which you put a scoop of millet, some dried crunchy wafers and small spoonful of sugar (probably for the Westerners!) We arrive at the Shenyang airport and are welcome by Sarah's mom and uncle. I've only seen her mom's picture before so it was rather emabarrasing when I mistook her uncle for her father. Woke up hungry, can you imagine? With the smuggled cheese and bread we built Grilled Cheese sandwiches for breakfast with a jar of peaches. What a great breakfast! Off to shopping again, Crystal led us to the place to buy DVD's. Kevin was in his glory!
