We tried walking round to the entrance as we got off at the exit but by the time we got round the area had closed. We only just managed to get the last subway back to the hostel.

As everybody had already headed out as it was 11pm by the time we got back to the hostel, we decided to grab a couple of beers and just chill out in the hostel and ...

... we had to circle for awhile before the air traffic cleared for us to land. By the time we got to the Metro Lido Hotel (taxi ride was 50 RMB – 40 plus 10 for toll), it was so late that we didn't have time to walk around like we had planned, let alone have time for dinner. We had an early flight out tomorrow morning, so we just checked in and went up to our room.
