... was over, and he showed me an alternate route to HZ East Railway Station. This way involved the metro and was quite fun for me :) It's a really nice, clean and bright metro system, which I knew existed but hadn't noticed before as the entries/exits are rather well hidden (in my opinion).

... maths and dance class in a tuition centre in Shanghai, so I went along with them on Sunday. In between Serena's 2 classes, the 3 of us, plus Ms Liang's friend, Tina, got the metro a few stops along and went walking around, taking pictures and eating KFC :-) I was really happy to see what Shanghai was like. Today we went on a daytrip with a Chinese tour group to Xitang - an ancient Chinese town which is dubbed the Venice of China. They filmed mission impossible 3 there. The tour guide did not stop speaking on the microphone for the entire trip. Probably annoying if you could understand what he was saying as Jiedi could.
