      ... and lots of travelling and moving to different places. I am sure we will look back and appreciated the rest we have been able to have.

      The weather seems to be on the improve, days are getting a little warmer, although the change from one day being so beautiful and warm to the very next day being 20 – 30 degrees (Fahrenheit) colder still amazes us.

After the meeting, I spoke with the person I thought would make a good Historian and tonight she agreed to take on the job as it turned out, her husband is going to be our new webmaster!       ... the beginning of the rally. The dinner consisted of Gumbo w/rice, potato salad, and cookies. It was very good and filling. After dinner, some people played games while some of us just sat and talked with folks we haven't seen in months. The theme is Nautical and on Saturday there will be a costume contest. Not sure how many will be participating.

      Tomorrow starts with lunch out then whatever until dinner.

      ... desk there, where another agent would charge me for the additional bag and issue a receipt. Sweetly, she said, "I will hold your tickets until you return." I remember the sinking feeling that, perhaps, I was about to be caught in a Kafkaesque cycle of agents and tickets. Fortunately, after about 10 minutes of waiting for the second agent to get her computer system booted and initialized, I was given a receipt for a third checked bag fee.
