... in my lifetime, but never to a country where I could neither speak nor read the language. Fortunately for me, many of the most important (transportation) signs are written in English and not just Japanese. Add to that the fact that the Japanese are some of the most helpful people I have ever met in my life. The result was an easy and very enjoyable journey.

... it comes out and there are so many of them for 3 years, and then they disappear and no one can find them for 20 years.

We then drove down and looked in the actual village. Liana and I got ice cream and looked in the shops. We took a ton of pictures. To get in then village, you have to cross a bridge suspended in the air. Liana and i got excited about it, but it was concrete and barely shook.
