    ... Houston is very bad on Saturday. I’d hate to see it during the week. Well, the Galleria Mall parking is all in parking decks with a maximum height of 8’6". We’re too big so we just got back on I-610 and came home. I guess people only drive their cars to the Galleria. Jim did a great job driving, but I was having a nervous breakdown. I just couldn’t live in a city this big with this much traffic. ...

    Annette was due to land at the same time in another terminal and I was a little apprehensive about finding each other in such a huge airport. But her flight was late too so it worked out fine.

    ... it. We strolled over to Pappa's BBQ joint for dinner. We has read of a Pappa's Steak House being a rather upscale place so expected this place to be similar. We were surprised therefore to find it was a cafeteria style of place, but cheap, and fun to eat with the locals.
