... Park located in the outskirts of Sapporo (looking more like Obihiro than Sapporo, haha!). To see the entirety of the park, we rented bicycles for 2 hours.
The park is so big and mostly made up of triangular infrastructures like the Glass Pyramid and the Tetra Mound. Even the man-made mountains were somehow triangular. This made me think that the Japanese sculptor responsible for designing the park, Isamu Noguchi might be a member ...

... fountain show. Great fun but by the end of the day I was absolutely exhausted! I managed to make it home, cover myself in moisturiser and go to sleep. I'm lucky I had a day before I went back to work but I was still bright red when I was teaching on Tuesday. One of my students only saw my back when he arrived and said, "Lani your neck!" and when I turned around "LANI YOUR FACE!!" Hopefully that gives you an idea of just how bad it was.
