    ... guesthouse that had nice views and was cheap and thus turned out to be great. Dumping our bags and getting orientated, we charged up the hill and 5 zillion stairs to see the sun set and get some beautiful views of the volcano. We had about 20 minutes then the sun vanished, clouds came over and it disappeared from view. It seemed like an evening for a beer, luckily we needed a shop to buy our morning yoghurt.     ... yesterday maybe if i take my speed racer up the mountain I can get a better shot, for the next 3 hours I ascend up the slope, after the first hour my legs are complete rubber, i can no longer feel them, every push with the pedal is a complete battle, grab a drink out of my basket and spot a golf course another 1.5km away, that was the longest 1.5km of my life, I cant make it anymore up this mountain and the clouds are not going away, so i watch ...

    We start in the morning with the great breakfast of the hotel. Important is now to pack differently as we want to climb tonight Mount Fuji.

    Thanks to Yuko we go for a short shopping downtown Kyoto before we pack and go.
    The trrain ride to Fujinomyia takes some time and as we did not reserve the train we have to stand most of the time. Passing the area towards Fuji we see where the tea flelds are and now we understand where all ...
