      ... were just terrible. I had horrible muscle cramping pain and shaking. We continued on to try to make it to the first stop but I got slower and slower.       ... the amenities including a gorgeous room. The bathroom has a deep bath tub with a door entry. It has jets, air and light chromotherapy.       ... rock formations are very breath taking. We also discovered that these islands are the training rides for many of the professional cyclists. We saw several sets of pro cyclists headed up and down the big climbs. Martin looked and saw team sky, Tinkof Saxo, Movistar and Garmin Sharp were several of the riders we passed.
