... who drove us to a place where we could buy a simcard and got us to a grocery store so we could buy some food. As friends of ours were in Bali aswell, we bought some beers (Bintang - nice, local beer) and invited them over for a couple of drinks. It was so strange but very cool at the same time as they arrived, welcoming them at our place. We did not know what to take photos of first as this was one of the rare species that I always wanted to see, as well. The snail eating snakes are very tame and friendly so I was able to grab it and handle if for a while. At the same spot when we were releasing ...

... I must have passed 100's of kids whose feet couldn't even touch the ground while driving. And of course, helmets don't even exist. It was a little scary to say the least, but really funny to watch. After our friends left, Laura and I had a much needed date day. I took her to "Dream Beach" where we sat on a sea cliff and watched the sunset. Brownie points for me! Then we went to our favorite restaurant: Sukanusa. By far the best restaurant on ...
