... too much else happening on the island. There is a "movie theatre" that we went to that was fun, other than that our days were spent on the beach and in our own private pool. Okay, so it wasn't "our" pool per se, but we were the only ones in it after three. The owner of our home stay rented out his land to some Chinese, who built a beach club. Because we stay here we can use the facilities. They run half-day tours out of Bali and by two thirty the tours head back ...

... to the Gilli Islands next. These are small islands off the coast of Lombok. We will take a bus and then a boat to reach Gilli (about a half day trip)We have no definite plans after this and will decide when in Gilli. I will end now with a Jimmy quote which was made last night at dinner over Nasi Goreng 'Ubud has been good but then there is Gilli'

We hope you are all well and we do miss you so please stay in touch.

Love always S&J ...
