Usually by 12:30pm I still have another 10 kms to go! Anyway, we reached Castrojeriz at 1:30pm. Another beautiful village undergoing refurbishments.     ... front of our eyes, left a massive loaf of round bread, and left us to the hacked up deliciousness that used to resemble a baby lamb. It was incredibly tasty and definitely recommended to anyone driving north away from Madrid with an empty stomach. After lunch we went back on the hunt for the wineries and finally found an access route in a bar that led down to what is now more of a wine tunnel museum.

    This morning we took the audio tour of the Catedral de Burgos . Building began in mid 1200's. Amazingly beautiful. The modern art sculpture in the garden and the modern paintings depicting the final walk of Christ were beautiful compositions in this backdrop. We are now on the train to Leon.
