      ... odds and ends all hand made. Then went to Silkstone to see Targets dad Boydie and the boxer family. Had. Few more laughs and then back to Tankersley Manor where we met up with Margaret and Robert for dinner. Weather is terrible cold and wet and forecasting snow for tomorrow .       ... better and more comfortable being down at the club. Our first game was a success where we won with one wicket in hand in the last over. We bowled first and the opposition made 203 in there 45 overs, they looked like making 300 but it was only the top four batsmen who made runs for them, they fell away pretty quickly after that. I took one catch and also took one wicket, bowling the number 3 batsmen. ...

      ... hotel at 9 to give ourselves plenty of time to get to Kings Cross and find out where we need to go. Carrying our luggage from the hotel to Pimlico station was a lot harder then I thought it would be. We finally made it to Pimlico and caught the tube to Kings Cross with plenty of time to spare, so we sat down to rest our legs at Pret and I had a coffee. We eventually found out which platform we had to catch the train from (unfortunately it wasn't platform 9 3/4) ...

      ... ID (drivers licence) i did have spare ones  but didnt realy whant to have to start using them on week 2 of 3 mounths. Fionas friend anna (friend 2) was very nice and manage to find out it had been handed in at the pup. Credit card and all. Very trustworth people up that way On the way to huderfield i lert what its like to sit on the m1 in a trafic jam for 2 hours.
