... oysters. The latter she wasn't too keen on, but she loved the mussels. By the end, our table was quite literally buried in empty shells! Strolling back toward boat station 3, Amelia and I got ourselves a tattoo each. Not a permanent one though. Amelia has been toying with the idea of a tattoo for a while, so for her it's a practice run. For me, more spontaneity. The next morning we decided to cough up for a tricycle to take us to the boat terminal and onto a pump boat back to ...

... afternoon. Similarly, the day was spent on the beach in the sea and we played with our frisbee. We got ice creams and watched the sun set again. Ice creams and sun sets never get old. Feeling lazy, we went straight for something to eat after the sun set instead of going back for showers. We ate a modern filipino restaurant along the beach. A nice and enjoyable last day ! 18th We got up at 8 and had breakfast downstairs after which we got a tricycle to the port where we got the boat to the other side, where again we took a tricycle to get to the small airport. We got there pretty early and they booked us on a earlier flight. Everything goes real casual here, planes leave earlier or later and the plane starts driving to the airstrip when people aren't even seated. After an hour we landed on Manila ...

... Brain overload. I felt so full of adrenaline after that jump that I just kept going until we were whistled to stop for the buffet BBQ lunch. Lunch was a ginormous sizzling feast of fresh fish, chicken, burgers, rice, noodles, vegetables and fruit. It was all you could eat so everyone piled their plates sky high to get their money's worth of food. It was surprisingly really tasty, the pineapple had to be the best I've ever had. Feeling properly re fuelled and ...

... Boracay is really expensive so we wanted to take some drink with us to save a bit money. The brandy only cost 120 pesos for 1 litre, which is like 1.5. Not bad.

When we finally made it across to Boracay we jumped on two jeepneys and headed for Frendz hostel which was situated between station 1 and station 2.

When we checked in they said they hadn't got any dorm beds left even though the Kelly had prepaid for dorm rooms on the internet. They offered us a free ...
