    Truth be told, much of my 21st birthday was spent on the road, across 3 countries. 7 hours to be exact. Started off in Switzerland and made our North to Germany & ended late in Strasbourg, France where the accommodation didn't even have wifi.     When we left you yesterday we had just discovered that our planned route up the Mosel River valley would be closed to cars. Only bikes allowed for about 50 miles. So we decided to take some back roads to reach our next hotel.
