I am back with more stories to tell…….we had fun at the Grand Palais ice skating!!! A double treat as I loved being in that building. Built for the 1900 expo in Paris…...it really is an amazing piece of architecture &, beautifully reflects the times it was built.

We quickly got changed and were out the door at 7:47, where the teachers didn't look too impressed. We just told them that we accidentally set our alarm to 7pm instead of 7am... But really we just forgot to set an alarm! We quickly shoved down some toast and got ready for our day ahead of us. We took the metro to ...

... full bus, and the fact we’d been there before helped us come to the conclusion that we shouldn’t hop off the bus yet! We carried on until la Tour Eiffel. Despite still being relatively early and a weekday we could understand how the first time we were there was considered a slow day. The queue to get tickets into the tower would have taken about an hour and there was also a warning that ...
