      Thursday 13th November Weather chilly but sunny, went for a walk to find the river, got told left at the gate, turn left and head down past the logging mill then take another left.       Today is our last day and we kept it low key,
      Went for a nice picnic on the Kootenay river within the Kootenay National Forrest. It was a beautiful day --- sunny and hot, so this is the perfect place to go.

      ... views of the lake. However, all along these trails there are nothing but 'bear warning' signs. Honestly, this has to be a Top 5 and a must see. The pictures are beautiful, but they don't do it justice..........you have to see it to believe it.
