Wow what a journey, many unforgettable sights and new friends made!! But there's no place like home & family. and I both had to make sure we left early enough so we weren’t late for our
jobs. I’m so glad we’re parked on pavement because it’s supposed to rain pretty
          badly today.

... St. Louis arch. We found out that it is part of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial. It was built in the 1960's to commemorate the role of St. Louis in the expansion of the US. It is called the Gateway Arch. They have a very nicely done visitor's center. You can take a tram to the top of the arch and the down the other side. We bought tickets and when we got to ...

I was pleased to see that we didn't have any surprises with the boat today, Everything seems to be working smoothly (knock on wood). Tomorrow night they are calling for some rain around the St. Louis area, but I think we will be south of the worst of it. It seems weird, but very exciting, to finally be on this trip after thinking about it for so ...
