    ... enough for our one nights stay. We have a ground floor room built around a rectangular grassed area that is crammed with exotic palm trees and other flora/fauna items. There is also a small pool. The 'guest room guide' supplied in the room began..... Safety & Security. Earthquakes: During: Remain calm. I didn't read further than that.     ... We are hoping to be able to now view our pictures and sort through them day by day to save us time when we come home. Also, less photos (hopefully) will make it more likely M will go though them to make our trip scrapbook/video before five years has passed. We have also downloaded apps for the iPad so it will be easier to update this blog, provided we have internet!

    A somewhat frustrating day trying to finalize the aircraft for the next leg. I flew again in the local area to familiarize myself with the fuel transfer system and the complexity of the HF radio. I gave up on the radio today until I can talk to someone who is "up to speed" on the technicality's. As an example; the Jeppesen charts give HF frequencies which I tried but were not in operation. I contacted in the air on the VHF frequency San Francisco Centre, but ...

    ... one. Touristy stuff in EVERY town. Visa works everywhere. Exchange your money at a local banks that do not charge fees, instead of the street Exchange places that charge a percentage. Up to 15% . Will let you know what our personal b of a charged us. Now that we are home and can check.
