    ... in America. Next drove along back roads to Stoke and Newton Ferris both places little villages tucked away amongst the hills. Continued on to the pretty town of Modbury, through Kingsbridge and the very small village of Buckland Tout Sands ( photo of yellow thatched cottage).     In the evening we had supper in the Sal and met up with many more old friends. It was great and made us realize how lucky we are to have a home here.
