Emily suggested we head out to this area for a night. It is seen as an escape from the city where the air is much less polluted and there is a lot of forest area. To get here we took a bullet train to Hangzhou and then another to Deqing. From Deqing we took a taxi for around 40mins to the mountains. Had I not have been with someone who can get by with their Chinese i would never have made it here or even known about it. ...

Decided to get out of Shanghai for the weekend. Headed for the fresh air and bamboo groves of Moganshan.
