    ... it ago. It was called Ngan Lung and it was a good choice. We ordered fried vegetable cakes to share which were amazing! We are still having drooling images of them now! For mains, Colm went for the pork noodles with vegetables, whilst I went for the beef noodles. Both were lovely dishes but nothing would beat our starters. There are three bridges linking Cotai with Macau and one of them has a second one enclosed under the top carriageway for when the cyclones come through and the open bridges are impassable.     ... to pay we headed back to the market to get all we wanted. Markets like this always have the same or similar things all the way through and if you mention the price of the previous stall's rate you can always get an extra 10 or so off until you can tell they can go no lower.     8. Internet is terrible in every hotel in China. It is sooo slow. Note to never complain about DSL again.

    9. You cannot drink the tap water so add money to the budget for lots of bottled water and train yourself to not rinse your toothbrush under the faucet water (it is harder than you think).
