... to pick things up very, very quickly!
The riverboat cruise was wonderful! Beautiful light show put on by skyscraper buildings/bridges/riverside. One building tries to outdo another and the lights are spectacular! Emma really loved all the bright lights until Kenzie pulled out the puffs - then that was it!
Her sleeping schedule is a bit off as you can imagine all of ours is right now but for the most part she gets in 8-9 ...
... 1940's on our way to Auschwitz. It was crammed hot and disgusting. It seemed the smell of **** and **** had followed us onto the train. I have a sneaking suspicion that Sarah had just shat herself.
We made it though, propped up in strange positions trying to squeeze in a few hours sleep and failing.
By the time we arrived at Xinxian we were exhausted and really didn't fancy the prospect of getting on a motortaxi to get to a bus stop to take a bus to get to another ...
... we are led to believe we have! Time has a way of quietly sneaking up on us! Before you know it you are losing time! Sometimes simply relaxing and reading about how others spend their time is a good way to use your own time. But how much time reading about 'others' time is the right amount of time? Xinyang, China eddakath... is so loud that you can't actually use it when you watch TV as it blocks out all sound. I am right beside the train station and the fan almost blocks out the sound of the trains as they rush on by this almost non-existent stop. After paying for the nights stay Zhuong and I headed across the road for some fried rice and a beer and then back to the room to watch the Olympics. I can't seem to get away from ...
Xinyang, Henan, China eddakath... conditioning can get a bit more stuffy. I managed to while away a few hours playing poker again (lost about 2 quid - wooo big spender) and a few power sleeps passed another couple of hours. The rest of the time i spent chatting or just watching the glourious countryside go by. After a while you begin to notice the endless concrete superhighways being built, carving up some of the picturesque scenery. You really get a feeling ...
Yichang, China iceice17... and Dave are going to try the subway here in Guangzhou. They are feeling adventurous and are going to see how lost they can get in China. We will let you know how that goes tomorrow. Hope you are all well and looking forward to seeing you soon! Amber
Guangzhou, China jaymeeadoptionWe are now safely in Guangzhou. This is a big city with many Western influences. Even during the time of Mao when China was closed to all Westerners some were here in Guangzhou. We did her medical check today and LOTS of shopping! Hope you are all doing well! I will write more soon! Amber
Guangzhou, China jaymeeadoption... I wouldn't give for some good Mexican food right now) and did some shopping. China is the place to buy things. The prices are great! It feels like stealing things are so cheap. Jaymee is continuing to adjust to us and things are going better than we expected. Thanks to everyone for all your prayers! More from China tomorrow. Amber
Wuhan, China jaymeeadoption... and is just a beautiful little girl. Her Daddy is going to have to guard the door when she gets older that's for sure. I will post some more pictures up and let you take a look at our first 2 days with our beautiful daughter. China is a beautiful country and I am just loving it here. We are all fine and having a great time! Can't wait for you all to meet her and look forward to seeing you when we are home! Amber

Many things to add, and we will let Amber add them. For now Bruce and Dave give this report. Hallalujah! She is in her mother's arms.
