After finishing breakfast and checking all cars we do morning exercise. Today is a relaxed day with short driving. We plan to see the Huang Shi Zhai rocks that involves climbing 700 steps up and 500 down. What a beautiful place! We stay on the top till 5 pm waiting for the clouds to clear up revealing the stunning picture. In the evening we head to an old city to hunt for some interesting items and laid back dinner.

Many people on the street stopped to read the note and ask questions. I think it is rare that there are Americans in Chenzhou as we constantly get stared at. Leaving the note created quite the crowd. Our hope/dream though is that it might find its way to Amity's birth mom.

... that I look back on fondly and remember just feeling very good about. They were the classes that kept me going, even when I felt homesick, because I felt supported by the girls in the class and supported by the notion that, in a strange way, they looked up to me.
So I apologise for the lack of funny stories in this entry but I simply don't have any to tell about class 470. They were simply the class that kept my morale and confidence going when I felt like I just wanted to go home.
