... 4 people had chosen to stay behind today after feeling a bit on the sick side. Trudy has been unwell for the past 2 days with a fever while others have stayed in bed to mend sore throats, headaches, sprained ankles, and weak knees. Hopefully they improve by tomorrow, as we leave the hotel at 7 am to go to Hangzhou. Even the hotel kitchen staff is coming in an hour early to prepare breakfast just for our group. Our train didn't leave until 10 pm - because my colleague had to teach a class until 5. We decided to take the slow train and sleep the whole way to Beijing and arrive rested early Sat morning.

... so we had to carry him to the car and then into the hotel. Once we got the hotel and he was in bed he threw up all over the place. Only problem is that he stumbled into the wrong bed and puked in another colleague's room. And don't forget - I still had to pack for my Beijing trip early in the morning and move to another room. Some how I managed to pack and get some sleep before I rushed in the morning to catch my bus to Nanjing.
