Tianjin... the heavens?

... slightly shorter, we stayed. After about an hour and a half we were on the Eye with a great view of the city. Sadly it seemed to only last for 20 minutes.

Afterwards we visited a nearby Buddhist temple which seemed to have a strange obsession with Guan Yu. In the temple I got kicked out of one of the rooms for wondering down the wrong corridor.

Afterward we made our back to the hostel to grab out stuff for heading back to Beijing.

... on the distance it would travel on one charge of its battery. So I had charged it up and set off, continuing in a pretty boring sort of manner at 21 km/h for the 11 revolutions.

Well, off again. To Thailand again.. A little different than last year. I am not traveling alone this year. Another co worker and one of his friend will be traveling with me. Although we all have different agendas but that's fine with me. We departed beijing at 10:30am and will have a two hour layover in Shenzhen. So far so good. Air china is (so far) been a nice airline. ... the dough and roll the bun, then you take a stab at it on your own. My attempt started out strong (Jeremy had me rolling Taiwanese-style dumplings last Christmas), but the ending was not. They steam your bun along with the professionally rolled ones and serve them to you.
