    Dear Bev,

    When I had booked my Ha Long Bay trip that failed miserably, it was booked in conjunction with a two day trekking tour of Sapa, a mountainous collection of villages on the Vietnamese/ Chinese border.     The day started with an interesting buffet brekky surrounded by smoking Chinese people. The mountains still had rolling clouds and looked amazing.
