    The tour was absolutely wonderful. We learned how to eat noodle bowls, with duck. Went to a traditional street market, which is sadly being weeded out in Hong Kong. Visited a lovely family owned store that specialized in nuts and dried fruits. We didn't stop, but our guide pointed out a great breakfast place. We ate the best BBQ dim sum ever!     ... which was brilliant!! After a long day we went back to the hostel and decided we were going to go to the worlds highest bar called Ozone. It was above The Ritz hotel so it was amazing!
