Our drive back to Hanoi is quite long and we stop for lunch in between. Once we arrive in Hanoi it is time to say goodbye to Nyugen and Chow and we know that we will miss them. If you ever go to Vietnam and want to do a trekking tour we can highly recommend both of them.

Once we are back in the hotel we pack a little backpack as we will be going on a cruise to Halong Bay the next day....

... out to a Vietnamese street restuaurant for some legit Vietnamese food. We ordered raw duck, veggies, cilantro, rice noodles and all the fixins to make our very own street Pho. ("Fa"). The restaurant had a small kerosene stove that they brought to the table to cook everything on and the heat only added to the intense blend of spices, lemon grass, and chilis that were stewing with our meal.
