... For us something new. Sometimes they just turn onto a busy road without looking around them. But it works, the traffic goes smooth and we hardly saw incidents.

We were very much looking forward for Hanoi, especially Halong Bay but after some research on the Internet we felt a bit dissapointed and skipped this plan. Halong Bay should be a beautiful scenery with big pinnacles rocks in the water. Only the reviews are ...

... was hot, but a little bit of nerves had kicked in, there were bikes and mopeds going in all directions. We make our way to a tiny restaurant we were served warm fresh water clams in tamarind sauce, and straight boiled clams, with a very powerful dip, washed down with Hoian beer. ... morning. We returned Wednesday and that is when me and Jess met Pete, who we had travelled with for a short period of time in Vietnam for dinner and drinks as he was leaving to go home the following day. Again I lost Jess and ended up in dome dodgy underground club that is meant to be top secret due to the curfew rules in Vietnam but everyone knows about it!!! But we met loads of people we had met during our travels which was really cool. The next following days ...

... style of SE Asian women, while in the house, a television was showing cartoons. Our final activity was to climb up one of the rocks in the bay. At the top there was a platform that provided us with a 360 degree view of the bay. Wow! Despite all of the people and all of the boats, the scenery in Halong Bay is amazing. The rock formations are incredible! Hopefully the photographs we took will capture the magnificence of these two thousand rocks. Back on our boat, ...
