    ... very severe one in 1959 which caused hugh rock slides in Lake Hebgen area and altered features in Yellowstone.

    Got on interstate 90 in Three Forks area and headed 150 miles west thru Butte to Missoula.

    Ate at a Blue Canyon Grill for Kathy's birthday and had very nuce meal. Kathy had flat iron steak (london broil) and Bob trout.

    Tonight Denis admitted that for the first time he is feeling ready to be home or, at least, is okay with the idea of being home soon. I think when we get this close, no matter how great the time away has been, we both begin to want to be home and start creating those lists in our heads of things we need to tend to, etc. It has been an amazing trip, though, for sure.
