    Who'd have thought that a crossroads town in Nevada would roll up the sidewalks at 10 pm?!

    ... into the boys going forward and the girls going back. PAC man, Flow, jimmy joe ,and freedom train alone on top of the mountains. Our pace was going much slower then we had expected. Jimmy joes ankle was still hurting, and the scenic vistas made us stop at every peak. Every time we hit one peak we would drop down 500ft just to walk back up 1,000 more.     Dinner was at the Star Hotel in Elko, one of our very favorite restaurants anywhere. This famous Basque restaurant is often rated the finest restaurant in all of Nevada, even over those in Las Vegas with famous chefs.
