Cricket day today with the boys hosting Northumberland at home. We were expecting an Under 13/14 Rep team but they bought quite a small under 12/13 team making our kids look like gigantors against them. Westy and Pat opened, it was a 45 over match and they stayed in for most of it, Westy making 100 no and Paddy 40ish. Jack batted at 6 and went in with 8 balls to go and the team on 230ish, had to go for it and ...

Lucky because the rain was a nuisance. Whilst I sound like I a dedicated cricket mum, I may have spent our batting innings in the local "beautique" with a few of the other Mums having a facial, superb!! Very relaxing, I suspect we will visit there ...

With the boys off to Beamish Museum today and then training at Crook we had a free day. After the last couple of days we were exhausted so I had a lie in and Rob went into the Raddison to pick up Jack and Sams washing. He got all that done and even cooked breaky and we decided to head into Durham and spend the day exploring there. We had a wander around the shops again then decided to head ...
