          ... which actually are a species of char.

          The new dam wall is being built by Brookfield and I had an interesting chat with the clients Engineering Manager. The site has to close from Christmas until May each year because of the icy conditions. Some of the guys will work those months on another company project in Alabama, but most just go onto Unemployment Benefits. That is apparently normal.

          She is going to let the photos do the talking.

          ... that Portugal has to offer. One city calls itself the Venice of Portugal! Should be interesting. But first I will head 40 minutes west to Sintra a UNESCO World Heritage Site after that it is east to Evora another World Heritage Site with amazing castles and ancient ruins.           ... border. After many phone calls and 4 hours we finally got a tow truck the US.
