    ... woke up with a bladder infection. The immodium AD I had taken had proven uncharacteristically ineffective. We beat a hasty retreat and went looking for a farmacia. They told us Dawn needed a prescription for her condition, and we asked if there was a Red Cross nearby.     ... the car backwards away from the gate entrance and parked the car on the side of the road on the Canadian side. Ben spoke with the Canadian border patrol office to let them know what was going on.

    Today was bittersweet as it was our last day with the Shifrins and our time in Maine was drawing to a close. Besides, we needed to start thinking about things like getting the kids to the Doctor so they could enrol in school, setting up our apartment and, in general, beginning the process of readying ourselves to get back into a routine and starting school and work!!!!
