Stopped in a few shops along the way - seems the other end of town has the "reasonable' shops - found shoes and a few fun things to share with the kids upon return/Xmas etc. Was fun to see them make Oplatky's too - thin thin wafer pancake-size cookies with all sorts of flavours in them. On our own again - to Karlovy Vary!

Day 10 - Karlovy Vary the old spa town
... I didn't have my Ryan with me (not that we make out in front of people on buses). At about 11:30 we arrived in Karlovy Vary, although there was no snow as it was in a bit of a dip, surrounded by hills. It was a little sad as I was waiting eagerly to touch the snow finally!... But it didn't happen. Everyone then got off the tour bus and we started our walking tour bit. We went by hotel Pupp, where part of the James Bond movie 'Casino Royale' was filmed. ...
