The reason I love Sharm el-Sheikh so much is it's a holiday mecca! The place - a gorgeous sea view beach setting - has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Yes it's nice to see the locals and culture on holidays, but here you don't experience the down sides of this. So there came the standard haggling with the taxi driver and a funny chat with the two guys from the night shift at the hotel, they’re the only ones I’ve seen here ...
... Gone are the bad pop songs that you hate, or your boyfriends amazing, catchy tunes that you hear played before you as you swing in time to the music. Nope. It is all about the "papas gunna bye you, mary had a lil lamb, twinkle lil star, wheels on the bus................".
You stop and all of a sudden your happiness is popped. Kinda like those bubbles that you have been blowing for Momo for hours on end to entertain him. Now don't get me wrong. I love this kid. He is ...
