Well, after 11 hours of much needed sleep we got up at 8am and had the provided light breakfast at the hotel - lots of holiday makers staying here - and then packed up our gear and headed off to a nearby shopping mall to get a few things. Today being another nice sunny day we decided to head to Santa Monica and check out the beach areas of LA. I'd sussed out the bus routes and we just had to walk down to Santa Monica blvd and catch the 304 bus right to ocean road in Santa Monica.
